Living in Michigan, Texas, Indiana, and Ohio, Ginny held a 22-year career in management and information systems with a large retail operation before moving to Florida. Once in Florida, she joined the real estate industry and has never looked back! Her credentials include: Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University in Chicago, where she graduated Cum Laude, Social Security Administration for 17 years, EJD Financial Services, a comprehensive and segmented financial planning with emphasis on Pre-Divorce Planning, Certified Financial Planner (CFP.Sold the business in 1996,Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2000- Ross Appraisal Services, Florida Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Appraisal Institute SRA Designation and Registered Residential Appraiser Designation, Florida Real Estate license 2013 earned Graduate Realtor Institute and Performance Management Designation, Broker License in 2016,Graduate of Bonita Springs Association of Realtors Leadership Development Academy in 2014.
A long-time volunteer in her community and professional organizations, she has served on: Boards of North Suburban Network of Women Entrepreneurs,National Network of University Women, Rape Recovery Project, Lilac Tree, Women in Need of Growth Service and Women’s Network of Collier County, Emily currently serves as Fund Development Committee for Interfaith Charities for 3 years & Interfaith Charities(food pantry), serving South Lee County, Women’s Council of Realtors since 2007, holding a variety of committee and Chair of committee positions including 2016 President and 2017 State District Vice President.

Debra Kelly is a Chicago native, she was licensed there in 1987 where she was an agent until 1994. After raising her family she moved to South West Florida in 1995, she invested in real estate from Marco Island to Bonita Springs to become part of the tremendous growth of the area. Debra owned an interior design/remodeling company from 1995 to 2006, and In 2007 she again became a licensed Realtor in Florida to sell real estate. In 2016 Debra came to Keller Williams Elite Realty and was fortunate enough to become part of the Monarch Home Sales Group, a dynamic team within Keller Williams led by Ginny Nobbe.
Anne has lived in the Naples area since 2011 and enjoys the lifestyle that SW Florida has to offer. Her interests include going to the beach, concerts at Artis Naples, travel, and community service. She grew up in Canada and has lived in Switzerland, England, France, Australia and Florida. Before moving to Naples, Anne held a position in Stetson University (DeLand, FL) as adjunct professor in the Music Department for 7 years. Her career as a performer, fund raiser and arts advocate spanned 30 years. After her husband’s retirement, the McLean’s left Orlando for Naples, where Anne moved into real estate and is enjoying her second career. She enjoys helping her sellers navigate the complexities of negotiating to get the most out of their home and helps them move on to a new chapter in life. She loves helping her buying customers find the perfect home to realize their dreams.

Executive Assistant, Thea Nall-Ceurvels, is originally from Long Island, NY. She is a licensed Florida REALTOR® and has lived in Southwest Florida since 2000. Thea loves all the activities the area has to offer and especially appreciates the beautiful weather and tropical surroundings. Thea’s career in hospitality and sales management has taken her to Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area. But it was family that brought her to Naples, where she continued her career on Marco Island and in Naples. Thea took a few years off to be a stay at home mom to her two daughters. When the time was right to focus on her career again, Thea started in real estate as Ginny’s Executive Assistant With her strong background in customer service, Thea loves helping clients make their home dreams a reality. She is active in the communities she serves and is a proud member of The Women’s Council of Realtors.
